A couple of ibuprofen pills with gatorade before you go to bed and a double Expresso in the morning. That works for me!

v8, gatorade, hot shower for a bit then switch to cold, then caffeine and food.

I always drink 2 big glasses of water and take 2 tylenols before I go out drinking.

Then when I get home, I drink 1-2 more glasses of water. I rarely wake up hungover when I do that. . .

But when I do have a hangover, I try whatever I can to get rid of it. . . . I recently found out that mexican food with chips and Hot salsa work really good.

Don’t drink if you have to be up in the morning that your worried abou thaving a hangover.

Drink loads of water before you stumble into bed. Sleep as late as you can. Have a really greasy breakfast with loads of carbs. Drink litres of orange juice and have rolo chocolate ice cream for dessert (yes, with your breakfast). Then if at all possible veg on the couch with more juice and a dvd – preferably something that might bore you into getting more sleep! Oh yes, and get someone to feel really sorry for you! Allways helps me feel better the morning after the night before!

My favorite hang over cure is a few more beers and a couple of Ibuprofen, That’s by far the best way of getting rid of a hangover.
