What class of alcohol goes good with these plates?
For example: ruby wine complements steak, i know that.
Likewise what class of alcoholic beverages go good with the next (cooked in various ways)?
Fish & Seafood
Ruby meats
Chicken
Pasta plates
Salads
+ add more if you wish.
i’m no alcoholic, however occasionally when I go to a good I do need to order anything that goes good with the major dish…
Also, I love blended drinks. Martinis, bellinis, mojito, etc…
Alcoholic Beverages

My opinion is that the reds are best with red and cream sauces are best lefka.Salates. . . Depends on the type of salataOtan eat something really salty. . . May be good to have hard fluid mixtures thus not notice the hardness of the liquid so much.
